Hey everyone! Following my previous post where I shared with you my vegan brownies, I decided to share with you another chocolatey no bake recipe! These are my dark chocolate and orange cornflake cakes!
To make 12 cakes you will need:
100g cornflakes
100g dark chocolate
50g salted butter
3tbs golden syrup
the zest of 1 orange
Method:
All you need to do it melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. Once melted, mix in the orange zest and the cornflakes until they’re coated. Take the bowl off the heat and spoon the mixture evenly into 12 cupcake cases.
Top with 2 mini eggs and you’re done!
