How to make easy hair masks – 3 DIY hair masks you can make at home.

Hi everyone! Today I thought I’d do something a bit different and try some homemade hair masks out! I found these 3 online and I will leave a link to the posts/sites they came from.

1. Avocado and egg yolk

This one looked so interesting! I’d never thought of putting eggs or avocado on my hair so I was intrigued to see how this one turned out.

I didn’t however want to use eggs as I thought it would be such a waste, so I just used the avocado on dry hair for 15-20 minutes. I then washed and dried my hair as normal.

My hair felt really soft and repaired afterwards!

2. Honey and olive oil

You will need:

– 4tbsp of honey
– 6tbsp of olive oil

Mix this together and leave it on your hair for 15-30 minutes, then wash and dry as usual.

3. Coconut oil

This one is by far the simplest, and in my opinion, most effective. I use this all the time on my hair and I find it gives great results for dry hair. All I do is take a very large scoop of solid coconut oil and rub it into the ends of my hair. I leave this on for about 30 minutes and then wash it out.

Let me know if you try any of these out and what you think of them.

Until next time.
