Autumnal makeup – everything you need for the perfect autumnal makeup look!

Autumn. A time for warm, orangey eyes and a dark lip, am I right?

Well that is exactly what I’ve done. And here’s what I used:

For foundation I used the Max Factor Lasting Performance foundation in the shade 100 fair. I hadn’t used this one in a while but I still really love it. I then went in with some concealer, using the Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define concealer in the shade c6.5. I love this, as it gives such a good coverage and is really affordable. To set this all in place I used my trusted MUA loose powder.

I used the Benefit Hoola bronzer to slightly contour and warm up my face. I then used the Kiko blush in the shade Metal Fusion, and the Sleek Solstice for my highlight.

I used the Urban Decay Naked Heat palette. This palette screams autumn, don’t you think? I started off with the shade Sauced as my first transition colour, and then building it up with the shade Low Blow. I then used He Devil in my crease and outer corners, blending it into the other shades. I used En Fuego on top of this to add some depth.

On my lid I added the metallic shade Lumbre, blending this into the crease colours. Finally on my inner corners I used the shade Ounce.

I decided to not do a winged liner for once! On my lashes I used the Toofaced Better than Sex mascara, and on my eyebrows I used the NYX eyebrow powder.

For a dark autumnal lip I used the NYX lip liner pencil in the shade 01 Dark Soul, followed by a NXY liquid suede liquid lipstick in the shade Vintage.

For a more dramatic look I decided to add lashes. I used the Primark mini mouse lashes, but they started to irritate my eyes so I took them off after a while!

Until next time.

  1. I love this look! I’m always so jealous of individuals who can pull off the dark lip colors. The shades are so beautiful!

  2. This is my go to look in autumn too but I don’t ever feel brave enough wearing a dark lip so I go for a browny nude! Great post and you look lovely in the pictures

  3. Wow! Your make up is amazing. I’m not very good when it comes to make up but I wish I could do it like this. I love all the autumnal colours you have used. Maybe I’ll have to give a few of these products a go and see if I can eventually do my make up like yours.
