Autumn. A time for warm, orangey eyes and a dark lip, am I right?
Well that is exactly what I’ve done. And here’s what I used:
For foundation I used the Max Factor Lasting Performance foundation in the shade 100 fair. I hadn’t used this one in a while but I still really love it. I then went in with some concealer, using the Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define concealer in the shade c6.5. I love this, as it gives such a good coverage and is really affordable. To set this all in place I used my trusted MUA loose powder.
I used the Benefit Hoola bronzer to slightly contour and warm up my face. I then used the Kiko blush in the shade Metal Fusion, and the Sleek Solstice for my highlight.
I used the Urban Decay Naked Heat palette. This palette screams autumn, don’t you think? I started off with the shade Sauced as my first transition colour, and then building it up with the shade Low Blow. I then used He Devil in my crease and outer corners, blending it into the other shades. I used En Fuego on top of this to add some depth.
On my lid I added the metallic shade Lumbre, blending this into the crease colours. Finally on my inner corners I used the shade Ounce.
I decided to not do a winged liner for once! On my lashes I used the Toofaced Better than Sex mascara, and on my eyebrows I used the NYX eyebrow powder.
For a dark autumnal lip I used the NYX lip liner pencil in the shade 01 Dark Soul, followed by a NXY liquid suede liquid lipstick in the shade Vintage.
For a more dramatic look I decided to add lashes. I used the Primark mini mouse lashes, but they started to irritate my eyes so I took them off after a while!
Until next time.
