May boohoo try-on haul!

Hi everyone! I have been on a bit of an online shopping spree recently, and I noticed boohoo have had some great deals on, so I thought I would have a browse on their website. They had 30% off and reduced shipping so I thought why not treat myself to some bits?

One of the first things I spotted was this bikini and I instantly fell in love. It was only available in the plus range in this top design, which starts at size 16, and as I’m normally a 14 I wasn’t sure if it would fit right. But as bikinis tend to be on the smaller side I decided to try it in a 16 and it actually fits pretty well. The top has a little bit of room in but that’s fine as it’s nice and comfortable. To go with this I got this black sarong which I think goes really well. It covers all the bits I want covered and I cant wait to wear this combo on holiday!

On a similar note, I decided to get a Leopard print Kimono to wear on holiday. I thought this would go great with just a plain black bikini or costume, nothing patterned or it would be too much. 

Another summery item I got was this daisy print playsuit. I love this playsuit – it fits perfectly and is great for on holiday. On the website it looks more orange but it is definitely a bright red colour. It is quite thin so you can see underwear slightly, but on holiday over a bikini that’s not such a big deal.

I picked up one item that I thought would be perfect for autumn/winter. I fell in love with this black and leopard print dress and I thought it would look great with boots and a jacket when it gets colder. I added a belt round the middle as it was pretty loose fitting and wasn’t doing me many favours, and the belt gave me a bit more shape.

As I don’t see myself returning to work anytime soon, I thought it was only fitting I got some loungewear. I picked up this lounge set in this khaki green colour. I will admit it’s pretty thin and you can see through it, but I’ll only be wearing it around the house so it’s not too bad. It also comes up quite big so I would suggest sizing down if you’re in between sizes.

Onto pyjamas, and I fell in love with this gorgeous pink set. It’s such a cute design and I thought it looked a bit cuter than my mis-matched Disney pjs.

I also got this lovely silky kimono dressing gown in this gorgeous grey colour. I love this as it’s perfect for summer to cover up with but not get too warm. I got it in the size large and it fits really well.
