Introducing Vit Stix (ad)

Hello everyone, happy first post of February! As I mentioned in one of my Veganuary posts, I was kindly sent these Vit Stix by the brand Stix Drinks, and I wanted to tell you all about them because honestly, I love them!

Vit Stix are flavoured, low calorie, single liquid portions of vitamins, which you just tear open and pour into your water. This is a great way to flavour your water and take your daily dose of vitamins all in one go. They are perfect for on the go as you can just pop some in your bag or your car and you’re good to go. There are quite a few vitamins packed into this drink, which have so many benefits for your body! These include:

• B VITAMINS (B5/B6/B12) – help keep the body’s nerve and blood cells healthy.
• VITAMIN C – protection against immune system deficiencies, cardiovascular disease, prenatal health problems, eye disease, and even skin wrinkling. Boosts Immunity.
• VITAMIN D – essential for healthy growth and bones.
• ZINC – helps the immune system fight off invading bacteria and viruses.

These Vit Stix are perfect for many workplaces as well, such as hospitals, care homes, schools and offices, because they are low cost and take up barely any space for the amount of servings. Single portions also prevents contamination. If you have seen this post, you will have seen that we recently got a camper van, so I’m definitely going to be stashing some of these in there to save space. I will also be popping some into my work bag, as I can only have water in the room I work in so these will come in handy at break times!

These taste really nice, just like a squash drink, but with added vitamin benefits. I have been using these for a couple of weeks now and I feel like they have been making a difference, and they actually encourage me to drink more water as they taste really yummy.
