Hi everyone! It’s finally feeling like spring (well, most days at least) so I thought I would treat myself to a few new clothing bits, especially since lockdown restrictions are easing and we’re allowed to go out more. If you’d like to see what I’ve been buying, keep reading!
New Look
I did a little online order from New Look. I’m finding they’re my favourite shop at the moment as their quality is really good and on the whole they’re not too pricey. I wanted a couple of cute tops to wear with jeans when it gets abit warmer, so I opted for these floaty tiered strappy tops. They’re only £7.99 each and they’re a really lovely fit, and perfect for the warmer weather. I got it in white and mint green.
To wear with the white top I got this pale pink cardigan, which I thought would be perfect for sitting out in the garden.
I decided to treat myself to a new pair of jeans, and I really love these ripped, high waist jeans. These are the New Look Hallie jeans, which I’ve found are a really lovely fit. I always struggle with jeans but I’ve always found New Look are the best.
I spotted this nude bodysuit which I thought would look for summer. I love the colour of this and it’s a really nice basic to have as it will go with lots of things.
Primark
Onto Primark, and I have to admit I wasn’t overly impressed with the selection. I’ve seen so many youtube hauls of some really lovely spring clothes but my local store had barely any of that. It was mostly gym wear and basics which wasn’t really what I was after.
I did however pick up these joggers with I absolutely love. They’re a really lovely fit with a nice thick waistband which is a nice touch. I also got some black cycle shorts to wear around the house/garden in the summer when it’s hot, and also under dresses to help with the dreaded chub rub.
I got a few accessories while I was there, including some new masks and some scrunchies because apparently I don’t have enough (I also never have my hair up). I was also in need of a small nude handbag, which is perfect for going out for drinks or dinner.
As you can see I didn’t go too crazy! It was just an outfit or two for when restaurants open and we can go out.

I haven’t been to a shop in forever (as we all) so it’s nice to see what they have in. Love the tops from New Look…giving me some inspirations for my Spring wardrobe! what a shame about Primark…is always a bit hit and miss in there though, isn’t it?

The jeans are really lovely and they look great with those tops.
I really want a primark haul but I have promised it as a reward when I drop a dress size, I am gonna have to work very hard in the gym if I want that to be any time soon!
