Hello everyone! Welcome back to my blog, and my first favourites post of the year. I have a couple of new bits and bobs to share with you this month, some of which are very random! I post quite a lot of recent discoveries over on my instagram stories so make sure you’re following!

Let’s get into my January 2022 (!?) favourites….

Beauty

My latest beauty obsession is by the brand Foreo. If you haven’t heard of them, they are a Swedish skincare brand that create a lovely range of skincare devices. I’ve been wanting to try out their UFO device for a long time, and so I took advantage of their January sale and treated myself to one. This is a device that you attach a mask to and move around your face as it pulsates. It also uses LED light therapy to help tackle bacteria and breakouts which is what I suffer with massively. I haven’t been using it long enough to see real benefits yet but I can say my skin feels really great afterwards and the device is lovely to use.

Clothing

Not really a fashion favourite – in fact not fashionable in the slightest! I stumbled upon this pyjama set from Asda and I’m a little obsessed with it. It’s a really lovely soft waffle material in a baby pink which is one of my favourite colours. I also love the fact the bottoms are more of a legging design so they’re not really baggy.

Food

A really random one I know, but I recently discovered these Veggerami ‘chick-n-less’ bbq bites which I have to say are amazing! They’re a bit like Fridge Raiders but obviously aren’t meat, and I’m obsessed with the flavour.

TV/Netflix

Extremely late to the party on this one, but I recently started watching the Spiderman films in preparation for seeing the new film. My partner used to watch these films when he was younger but I never got into them, so it was a nice thing we could watch together of an evening. So far we’ve watched the first 3 and I’ve really enjoyed them!

Bloggers of the month

Last up is Sunshine Sarah, a blog that follows a 30 something year old woman’s journey as she navigates her way through life. She shares a huge variety of posts covering many topics, including mental health, midsize fashion, self-care routines and life as a vegan. She also features lots of travel, film & Netflix recommendations, as well as some great lifestyle tips and tricks.
