This post contains items that have been gifted to me in exchange for promotion. However I will never mention a product that I do not love and wouldn’t buy myself. Also includes a section promoting my own products, sponsored products and affiliate links.
It’s always so difficult to think of what to get my Mum for Mothers Day, because lets face it, she deserves the world! I never feel like I’ve given her enough, even though she’ll always say she doesn’t want anything.
If you’re in a similar boat to me, I’ve put together a little gift guide to hopefully give you some inspiration and ideas for what to get your Mum for Mothers Day!
If your Mum is a big coffee drinker like mine, this could be a great route to go down. You could make her a little coffee hamper with a nice mug and some lovely, proper coffee. RiSE Coffee have a great subscription service that would make a fab gift, or you can order a one-off and have it sent directly to your Mum. You can pre-order a gift box and you can include a personalised message and a gift wrapping option. Inside the box you will find:
- 2 x 227-250g bags of speciality coffee
- Exclusive content from the roasters
- An extra special treat from their selected partners
- Recipe ideas
If you’re looking for a unique card for your Mum this Mother’s Day, you should definitely check out Pop-Up Pigeon. They specialise in hand-crafted pop-up cards and have so many unique designs to choose from. I’ve never seen cards like these in shops! They also do custom cards to suit every need. I love the amount of detail that is put into each design, and they are a really lovely quality card.
Candles & wax melts
If your Mum is a home fragrance fan, why not treat her to a new candle? There are lots of beautiful, handmade candles on the market, like these from The Flame Game Candle Company. If she’s more of a wax melt person you could make her a little hamper with a new burner, some tealights and some lovely wax melt sets.
if your Mum loves her skincare, why not treat her to something new? My Mum is a huge fan of Liz Earle, so one product which would make a great gift for her is their new gel cleanser! You could pick up a few products from your Mum’s favourite brand and put together a little gift set, or a lot of companies already have gift sets available.
My Chronicle Book Box
My Chronicle Book Box is book subscription gift service specialising in signed crime books. Every month they send out a hand-picked new release hardback crime novel, signed and with a letter from the author plus some bookish gifts to add to the reading fun. Customers can sign up for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months for flexible gift giving for all budgets.
Some delicious cookies
If your mum has a sweet tooth, then something edible is bound to be a big hit this Mothers Day. Deviant Cookies have a range of thick, soft, melt-in-the-mouth cookies, weighing a whopping 170g EACH! They are all homemade daily and produced in small batches for ultimate freshness. They currently have a great Mother’s Day gift box containing a mix of 6 cookies:
- Raspberry Ripple
- Chocolate Orange
- Choc Chip & Walnut
- Red Velvet
- Pop Tart
- SE Gold
These cookies look absolutely delicious and would make a great gift for a Mum with a sweet tooth!
I hope you’ve found some inspiration of what to get your Mum this Mother’s Day! Let me know any ideas you have in the comments.
