*This post contains some items that have been gifted to me.
I can’t believe I’m sat writing this post already – it feels like I’ve only just posted last year’s gift guide! This year is just flying by, and it’s time to get thinking about what to get those Father figures in your life. Fortunately my Dad is very easy to buy for, however I know that some people can be really difficult, so I hope this post can help! This is packed with bits and bobs that’ll suit so many budgets and tastes, so let’s get straight into it.

A new washbag
I feel like this is something every man needs – a good quality washbag. These will come in handy now that we’re all out and about a bit more, and lets face it most men (the ones I know anyway) either don’t have a washbag – and shove their stuff in yours – or theirs is getting a bit tatty. I’ve spoken about Trendhim countless times on this blog, so it probably comes as no surprise that they’ll pop up in this post. They have a fab washbag available which is the ideal storage solution for toiletries. It features a waxed water-repellent exterior and the main zippered compartment contains an additional handy pocket. There is a range of colours available and I absolutely love this olive green.
Grooming sets
If you opt to get your Dad a new washbag, a good idea would be to fill it with grooming bits and bobs. You can get male grooming kits which include all the tools they need, and you could also fill the bag with mini washbag products like shower gels, flannel etc. These aren’t the type of thing men tend to buy for themselves.

Personalised accessories
It’s always nice to get something personalised, right? Stickerscape have a really great range of typical ‘Dad gifts‘ available to personalise, including socks and tshirts. They also do these really great BBQ aprons which can be personalised with names, dates and locations. My Dad, bless him, wouldn’t know how to cook a BBQ if his life depended on it. However I know a lot of Dads like to think they’re king of the grill (even when they’re not) and these aprons would be the perfect gift, especially as BBQ season is about to hit us. These are very high quality and are made in-house by a fantastic team who put their heart into everything they make.

Beverages
Alcohol is standard for most Dad gifts, wouldn’t you agree? But how about something to go with said alcohol? I always tend to get my Dad a bottle of rum, but it’s suddenly occurred to me I never get him anything to go with it. That’s where Fentimans comes in. Fentimans are the home of botanical brewing and their tonic water and mixers are exquisitely crafted to ensure each flavour is the perfect partner for your spirit. They have a huge range mixers available, which are all made using a unique botanical brewing process which you don’t find in the supermarket. They also have a range of cocktail recipes for alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails which can be found here including their Mandarin and Seville orange jigger, rose lemonade, and other flavours of their tonic and soft drink.

Foodie gifts
If your Dad is anything like mine, anything edible will be a winner. Depending on age, you could get a retro sweets box so they can get nostalgic, or a pick and mix where you can pick out their favourite sweets.
Until next time.
